Woman loses car prize over technicality

JAMESTOWN, California -- A woman who was named as the winner of a Chicken Ranch casino car draw was quickly disappointed, News 10 reported.

Linda Marasti was informed she would not receive the car because she was unable to produce her original Social Security card, News 10 said.

The very disappointed Ms Marasti said she offered to return home to collect her social security card but the casino declined and simply drew another name for the winner of the draw, the report quoted.
