Windsor women charged over big lottery win

WINDSOR, Ontario -- As reported by The Globe and Mail: "Ontario Provincial Police have arrested a Windsor woman whom they accuse of stealing a $3.5-million lottery ticket from her husband with the help of her daughter.

"The OPP struck up their investigation after a winning ticket was cashed earlier this year by Bobbi-Jo Arnold, 39.

"...Soon after, 81-year-old Gerald Moore - husband of Ms. Moore and stepfather of Ms. Arnold - said he had bought the ticket. A family dispute broke out, leading Ms. Moore to file for divorce and Mr. Moore to sue for the winnings, documents show..."
