Wildhorse restaurants changing hours of operation

Pendleton, Oregon -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- In an effort to better accommodate their guests, Wildhorse Resort and casino will be changing the hours of operation for their dining options effective Monday, December 21, 2009.

Wildhorse Resort and Casino is currently home to five different dining options within the casino walls; Hot Rock Grill, Wild Roast Espresso Bar, Wildfire Sports Bar, Traditions Buffet, and the ever popular fine dining restaurant, Plateau.

The Hot Rock Grill will continue to remain the 24 hour a day, 7 day a week eatery. The Hot Rock is located in the heart of the casino and features a number of tasty items like wings, nachos, pizza and burgers.

Located on the casino floor, Wild Roast Espresso Bar features all of your favorite espresso drinks, freshly baked cookies and a delicious selection of bakery items. Additionally, for those with a sweet tooth, Wild Roast offers a variety of Dryers Ice Cream. Wild Roast will retain their current hours of 7am-9pm daily.

With multiple televisions including the humongous 13' HDTV, Time Out food specials and all the wings you can handle, there is not better place to relax and catch up on the games than Wildfire Sports Bar. Wildfire features a full bar, appetizers, and delicious meals such as Indian Fry Bread Tacos, Kalbi Beef & Fiery Noodles and Slow Smoked Baby Back Ribs. Wildfire will be changing their hours to 11am-12am Sunday-Thursday and 11am-1am Friday-Saturday.

The extensive buffet at Traditions is offered for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Selections include wood-fired pizza, custom grilled meats, and all the side dishes and desserts you can imagine. Each night features a special dish from Prime Rib to Seafood and each weekend brings a mouthwatering weekend brunch. Traditions will be open for breakfast, Monday-Friday 7am-11am and for weekend brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 9am-3pm, with regular breakfast options from 7am-9am. Lunch will continue to be served from 11:30am-3:30pm Monday-Friday and dinner will be served anytime between 4pm and 9pm daily.

Plateau not only offers exquisite cuisine and magnificent views of the Blue Mountains, it offers guests a dining experience that's second to none. Plateau boast delicious Northwest cuisine, a wine list showcasing Oregon and Walla Walla Valley wines, Chef's Tasting Menus, and special dining events each month. From Dungeness Crab and Avocado Salad to a signature Pendleton Whisky Steak, Plateau is truly a one of a kind experience. Lunch hours at Plateau will be 11am-2pm Tuesday-Friday. Dinner will be served 5pm-9pm Tuesday-Thursday and 5pm-10pm Friday and Saturday. The restaurant will be available on Sunday and Monday for private parties. Wildhorse Resort & Casino is the Pacific Northwest's highest paying casino, with a record $9.3 million slot jackpot.
