"But when a casino hostess told the San Ramon man he hadn't won $2,000, but more than $1 million, he couldn't believe it.
"But, after all the men in suits emerged from various doors in the Eldorado Casino -- asking him questions, shoring up house security, testing the Wheel of Fortune MegaJackpot slot machine into which Cefalu had slipped a crisp $100 bill -- a wealthier reality began to take hold.
"'I was in shock. I didn't think I'd won the big boy,' said the 25-year-old unemployed groundskeeper who became a millionaire about 2 a.m. Monday.
"…By 5 p.m. Monday, the effects of champagne, sleep deprivation and a life-altering MegaJackpot money-gram left Cefalu a bit woozy, if thoroughly thrilled.
