UK: Scots gamble the most

SCOTLAND -- A recent study showed 75 per cent of Scots have gambled in the past year, according to The Scotsman.

The Gambling Commission survey showed that Scottish participation was 2 per cent higher than the UK average, the report explained.

The survey showed that the percentage of people gambling had risen on 2007 figures, The Scotsman said.
