Twin River Worldwide Holdings casinos to remain closed until further notice

1 April 2020

Twin River Worldwide Holdings Executive Vice President Phil Juliano announced today that all of its casino properties will remain closed until further notice due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Properties include Twin River Casino Hotel (Lincoln, RI), Tiverton Casino Hotel (Tiverton, RI), Hard Rock Hotel & Casino - Biloxi (Biloxi, MS), Dover Downs Hotel & Casino (Dover, DE), Golden Gates Casino (Black Hawk, CO), Golden Gulch Casino (Black Hawk, CO), Golden Mardi Gras Casino (Black Hawk, CO) and Arapahoe Park racetrack (Aurora, CO).

Below is the official letter:

In recent weeks, the gaming industry, as well as all of America, has been working through unprecedented challenges with the recent outbreak of COVID-19. Although we are adapting daily and finding new solutions as we go, we are focused on re-opening as soon as it is deemed safe to do so, as we miss seeing our guests each day and want to have our employees back as soon as possible. As our valued guest, I want to ensure you know we are thinking of you and hope you are all healthy and safe during this difficult time.

We are working closely with the State of Colorado and their continued efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19. We believe our temporary closure is necessary and during this time, will continue to work diligently to implement additional protective measures for our guests upon re-opening. This includes working with the Department of Health to implement additional protections before the facilities reopen that include significant sanitizing and cleaning.

Given the current circumstances, we are committed to continue helping our community. We are proud to
have donated 300 pounds of food to the Gilpin County Food Bank. Donated items included hamburgers,
vegetables, lettuce, fruit and so much more. We would like to thank our team members who volunteered
to package and deliver all the items to our community.

General Manager Brandon Lenssen and his management team continue to work tremendously hard
during this closure to ensure the facility you return to is better than ever. I would like to share some news about your Players Club membership, as well as event changes and more:

• TIER STATUS: All guests will maintain their current Players Club Tier status through December 31, 2020.
• OFFERS: If you received offers for Free Slot Play, Free Bets, or Food Offers valid during the time we are temporarily closed, those offers expired BUT same or similar offers will be presented when the
casino reopens.
• POINT PLAY: Point balance expirations have been put on hold until further notice. We will ensure
you have plenty of time to redeem your points once we are open.
• We are continuing to move forward with some exciting property enhancements, including expanding
our dining offerings, as well as the addition of our Draft Kings Sportsbook retail location and mobile
sports betting partnership with Draft Kings and Fan Duel.
• We are working closely with our sister properties in Rhode Island (Twin River Casino Hotel & Tiverton Casino Hotel), Delaware (Dover Downs Hotel & Casino) and Mississippi (Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi) to ensure many of these same enhancements and rewards remain intact there as well, for
those of you that play at other TRWH locations.
• We are continuing to move forward with casino acquisitions in Kansas City, MO as well as Vicksburg,
MS and we look forward to sharing that news with you this spring.

As soon as it’s deemed appropriate, we will be working hard to regain your business and hopefully
attract some of your friends as well. Know that all your previously earned rewards are safe, and we are planning future rewards to offer as soon, as we are able to do so. We thank you for your patience and please help all Americans stay safe by following both federal and state guidelines.

Sincerely,
Phil Juliano
