Terrible's St. Jo Frontier Casino Names New GM

MISSOURI – (PRESS RELEASE) — Herbst Gaming, Inc. has named Craig Travers General Manager of Terrible's St. Jo Frontier Casino. Travers has more than 30 years experience in casino gaming. His notable achievements include opening the Barbary Coast casino in Las Vegas in 1979 where he was general manager until 1993. In 1993 he opened the Casino Queen riverboat casino in East St. Louis, Illinois where he spent 10 years as general manager.

"Craig will be a strong leader for Terrible's St. Jo Frontier Casino," said Ed Herbst, President of Herbst Gaming. "His depth of experience will be a great asset to us as we improve and expand the casino."

"I'm excited to be here in St. Joseph and thrilled to be a part of Herbst Gaming," said Travers. "I have known the Herbst family for years and have admired the way they have built this gaming company. I am honored to become a part of this family-owned business."

Travers assumes his duties as general manager effective immediately.

Herbst Gaming, Inc. assumed ownership of Terrible's St. Jo Casino on February 1. Herbst Gaming now operates eight casinos, five in Nevada, one in Iowa and two in Missouri. Herbst Gaming, Inc. is owned by Ed, Tim and Troy Herbst.
