"Riverside Quick Mart employee Carl Hallet, 49, won $100,000 in October in Atlantic TAG, but it wasn't his only time cashing in. Hallet also won $50,000 in 2005 and $5,000 in 2006. "Under Atlantic Lottery's new security rules, Hallet had to wait 30 days for his latest prize money as the corporation examined his claim. "The rules were adopted in March after studies showed retailers in Atlantic Canada were winning 10 times more often than statistically probable over the last six years..." |
