South Africa: Government plans new advertising restrictions

SOUTH AFRICA -- A deadline is approaching for casinos to object to new government plans on restricting gambling advertising, Eyewitness News reported.

The regulations are similar to recent ones introduced on alcohol advertising the report said.

Casinos have one month to raise their protest against intended changes such as casinos only being advertised between 8pm and 6am, the Eyewitness report explained.
