Singapore: Man jailed for repeated casino theft

SINGAPORE -- A Malaysian, who repeatedly stole from patrons at Marina Bay Sands, has been jailed for two months, The Strait Times reported.

43-year-old Yong Tat Kheong was caught pick pocketing again only four and a half months after his previous offence, the report said.

His victim a 50-year-old hair dresser was robbed of $500, but a CCTV surveillance operator saw Kheong commit the crime and he was arrested, The Strait Times said.
