For dinner, guests can dine on Huli Huli Chicken ($24) served with pineapple salsa, grilled sweet pepper relish and steamed white rice. Guests are encouraged to make advance reservations at the dining hot spot as seating is limited.

Available throughout Labor Day weekend, the Marketplace will serve summer favorites for all to enjoy. The Mexican station will feature two Garlic Butter Shrimp Tacos ($10) with shredded cabbage, Cotija cheese, crema and limes, served with chips and pico de gallo. The American station will offer a BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich ($9) served with coleslaw and corn on the cob. Satisfy your sweet tooth with two classic summer treats, IBC Root Beer Floats ($5) or an Ice Cream Sundae ($6).

Caesars Rewards Dining is the newest way to earn Reward Credits. Members can earn big when dining at any of the more than 11,000 participating restaurants, including Louie Oliver’s Restaurant & Bar at Harrah’s Northern California. To join, Caesars Rewards members must register a debit or credit card through their Rewards accounts. Once registered, members earn 1 Reward Credit for every $1 spent at participating restaurants when paying with the debit or credit card associated with the account.
