Sands Bethlehem opens new section of casino

BETHLEHEM, Pennsylvania -- The Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem opened a casino expansion on Saturday night that features 250 slot machines, two restaurants and a bar, according to the Morning Call.

The Sands Bethlehem has been open for six months and Sunday marked the date where the casino can legally expand gambling, the Morning Call reports.

Emeril Lagasse opened his Burgers and More restaurant to coincide with the expansion, and the third location of the world-famous Carnegie Deli also opened.
