Rushmore makes craps approachable for beginners

28 February 2008

In brick-and-mortar casinos, craps can be an intimidating games for beginners. But online, it is extremely approachable. And Rushmore Casino provides one of the best interfaces to play the popular dice game.

There are no players jumping up and down impatiently waiting for you to place a bet. There isn't a bewildering array of chips on the table. And you don't have to worry about hitting the back wall when you roll the dice.

Instead, you're playing by yourself. You can take your time and figure the game out at your own pace. And the machine won't let you make any "etiquette blunders," so you can focus on what's most important -- learning how to play the game.

The Rushmore game design is clean, and the audio is great. You can actually hear the dice bouncing off the table and far wall as they're rolled. And when you win chips, they land on you pile with a delightful click.

The game play is quite smooth as well. Betting spaces (like the pass line) light up as you mouse over them, making it easy to place wagers.
