Rivers Casino Schenectady presents Easter brunch menu

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Dukes Chophouse at Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady will be offering a gourmet Easter brunch menu on Sunday, 1 April. Champagne and mimosas will be handed out upon entry, and the tables will be set with beautiful baskets full of fresh and delicious pastries, croissants and breads, accompanied by seasonal jams and butters. The buffet-style brunch offers a wide variety of dishes and is sure to please.

Enjoy everything from French toast to salads to seafood at Dukes Easter brunch. Try the decadent Bananas Foster French Toast, made with caramelized bananas, or the Red Velvet Pound Cake, with whipped cream cheese topping and chocolate curls, before moving on to the eggs and omelet station, where customized omelets can be created with plenty of house-made salsas for topping. The buffet will also include lighter options, such as the bagel bar and the individual salad station. Brunch isn't just for breakfast, though. Seafood options and a carving station will also be available for those looking to enjoy lunch or even an early dinner. Finish the meal with dessert, which will consist of an ice cream sundae station, a cake display and pastries from Villa Italia.
