Ri Ra Las Vegas introduces pumpkin-inspired menu

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Rí Rá Las Vegas pays homage to National Pumpkin Day on Friday, 26 October for a full week from Tuesday, 23 October through Monday, 29 October with the National Pumpkin Week menu.

The pumpkin inspired menu will feature dishes such as Pumpkin Toffee Cake ($9), homemade pumpkin cake, soaked in condensed milk and our homemade whiskey caramel sauce, topped with whipped cream, finished with toffee and chocolate chips; Roasted Pumpkin Flatbread ($10), a lightly toasted baguette, topped with herb roasted pumpkin, sweet caramelized onions, fresh figs, tangy goat cheese, crisp arugula and finished with a drizzle of honey; Duck and Pumpkin Polenta ($24), pan-seared duck breast topped with a savory bacon and fig jam, served on a bed of pumpkin and red pepper polenta with a medley of roasted parsnips, carrots and brussels sprouts then finished with toasted walnuts; Risotto and Ribs ($27), roasted pumpkin and browned butter sage risotto with slow-roasted coffee chocolate short ribs, finished with toasted pumpkin seeds.

In addition to the National Pumpkin Week menu, guests can pair their pumpkin fare with a draft of Warsteiner Oktoberfest ($7.75), offering a smooth and mild brew with a soft hoppy aftertaste that elevates the fall flavor.
