Gaming NewsRapid City Council rejects video lottery casino7 September 2011RAPID CITY, South Dakota -- Rapid City Council yesterday again rejected the idea of a video lottery casino, according to the Rapid City Journal. This is the third attempt to establish a casino at the same location, the report said. The casino was proposed within a strip mall, but required a "location-specific conditional use permit" which was denied due to the close proximity to residential housing, the Rapid City Journal report detailed. |
