Public hearing on Edgewater Casino postponed

VANCOUVER, BC -- Organized opposition is rising to plans to expand the Edgewater Casino in Vancouver, News 1130 reported.

The City of Vancouver have postponed a public hearing until Monday because of the volume of citizens who signed up to speak, the report said.

The meeting rescheduled to Monday Feb 21st, 2011 will see 80 people voice their opinions, News 1130 said.
