Gaming NewsPokerStars launches Portugal Poker Series1 March 2011(PRESS RELEASE) -- PokerStars is excited to announce a new live tour called the Portugal Poker Series. The three-event season begins in Vilamoura, at the renowned Casino Vilamoura on April 14-17, and features a 700 + 70 No Limit Hold'em tournament with a cap of 400 players. The series then continues at Figueira de Foz from June 10-13 and concludes at Espinho from October 13-16. Both events also feature 700 + 70 Main Events. The tour aims to bring the big-game tournament experience to Portugal, featuring great structures at an affordable level, and with Main Event prize pools having the potential to exceed €200,000. Team PokerStars Portugal Pro Nuno Coelho is excited about the prospects.
