Picket line at Sky City

AUCKLAND, New Zealand -- 1100 workers formed a picket line and blocked the entrance to Sky City casino today, according to a Stuff report.

The workers are protesting pay and conditions, the report said.

Workers who took "small strike action" last week were locked out of their jobs and this led to today's picket line, meanwhile Sky City and the unions are meeting to try to break the standoff, Stuff reported.
