Pension liability may undermine Atlantic City Hilton Casino Resort sale

ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey -- Atlantic City Hilton Casino Resort may face sale challenges because of a large pension liability, The Press of Atlantic City reported.

A Hilton purchaser would have to take on the $25 million pension liability in addition to the purchase price, the Press of Atlantic City said.
