Pala Casino to celebrate Veterans Day

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Pala Casino Spa and Resort will salute all of the United States Armed Service veterans on Veteran’s Day, Sunday, 11 November, and again on Veteran’s Monday, 12 November, with special buffets at its popular Choices the Buffet and a $6,100 Veteran’s Day Bonus Giveaway on Sunday, 11 November.

From 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Veteran’s Day, Sunday, 11 November, in addition to its eight serving stations, Choices will add to its menu Canadian Snow Crab, Oysters on the Half Shell, Popcorn Shrimp, Craw Fish, Barbecued Pork Ribs, Mac & Cheese, Center Cut Bacon, Whole Baked Salmon, New York Steaks Carved Prime Rib Eye, Turkey and Ham. Limited brunch items will be served until 1 p.m.

Feasting can begin for the public and regular Pala Privileges Club members for $35.74 per person, plus tax. Privileges discounts will apply: Pearl card members and one guest may dine for $28.59 per person, plus tax; Gold, $25.02 per person, plus tax; Platinum, $17.87 per person, plus tax and Elite members and one guest are free. All U.S. Armed Services veterans who provide proper identification also will eat free.

The $6,100 Veteran’s Day Bonus Giveaway will be in play from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, 11 November. Pala will award $100 every five minutes to players who are using their Privileges card at any slot machine, table game or live poker game.

From 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Veteran’s Monday, 12 November, Choices will offer its full menu, the same additional menu specialties and limited brunch items until 1 p.m. Dining for the pubic and regular Privileges members will start at $28.99 per person, plus tax. Discounts will again apply and Pearl members and one guest will be $23.19 per person, plus tax; Gold, $20.09 per person, plus tax; Platinum, $14.39 per person, plus tax and Elite members and one guest are free. Again, all U.S. Armed Services veterans, who provide the proper identification, also will be free.
