Paddy Power's advert contained a picture of 24-year-old Liverpool footballer Luis Suarez, along with a slogan, the report said. Advertising Standards regulations state the no one under the age of 25 should be featured "promoting gambling services", The Guardian report said. The ASA insisted Paddy Power pull the advert, The Guardian noted.
