Nova Scotia: Strategy due by spring

NOVA SCOTIA -- Nova Scotia's new minister for gambling expects to release a new gambling strategy by spring, The Chronicle Herald reported.

The last strategy was released in 2005 and there have been many delays to delivering the proposed new one, the report said.

Among the issues that need to be addressed are the implementation of a video lottery system that lets punters limit their spend and track both wins and losses, the Chronicle Herald report said.
