New spa planned for Dover Downs

PENNSYLVANIA – As reported by the Philadelphia Business Journal: "When Dover Downs Hotel & Casino opens the doors to a new luxury spa in the fall, a Philadelphia firm will be at the reins, officials announced on Tuesday.

"Topper's Salon & Health Spa Inc., with headquarters in Philadelphia, will operate the new spa under the name Toppers Spa Salon at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino.

"…The new 6,000 square-foot spa, which is part of Dover Downs' $52 million expansion, will have nine massage rooms, three of which will be adjoining suites for couples, four skin-care treatment rooms, private bath areas for men and women and separate salons for hair and nail services…"
