New Iowa casino would need amenities

DAVENPORT, Iowa -- In order to sustain the interests of gamblers the new Davenport casino will have to offer amenities, an expert has said, according to a Quad City Times report.

New casinos immediately attract gamblers but it's keeping the gamblers coming back that requires innovative ideas and promotions, the report said.

Davenport is currently debating approval of a $75 million, 30,000-square-foot facility, the Quad City Times report explained.
