New Casino Planned For Old Nightclub West Of Town

FALLON, Nevada -- As reported by Lahontan Valley News: "A new casino is coming to Fallon to serve residents on the west side of Churchill County.

"Greg Berry, who owns Churchill Springs Casino in Fallon, hopes to have his new gaming venture open for business by mid-summer. It will be designed similar to Churchill Springs and located on property adjacent to Skip's Mini-Market on the Reno Highway.

"'It will be a small cafe/casino with some room for expansion,' Berry said. 'It will be designed with the same format as Churchill Springs except for the exterior. With the growth Fallon is experiencing, that end of town is a good place to be.'

"… Jim Dunn, general manager at Churchill Springs, said the casino will consist of 5,000 square feet and will create 15-20 new jobs…"
