Morowitz Gaming Advisors Moves Seminar

8 February 2006

GALLOWAY, New Jersey – (PRESS RELEASE) -- For the third year, Morowitz Gaming Advisors, LLC will present its popular seminar, "Ultimate Budgeting for Gaming Industry Finance Professionals." The seminar has been moved from Atlantic City to Las Vegas, where it will be presented May 4-5, 2006 at Green Valley Ranch. The program is one of the many training programs developed by Morowitz Gaming Advisors for the gaming industry. Ultimate Budgeting focuses on the budgeting process and integrating budgeting with strategy to maximize returns on invested capital. Participants will utilize best practice learning methods to understand both winning and losing strategies in competitive markets, apply state of the art forecasting methods, apply analytical staffing to budgeting and link capital budgeting to operations.

The program instructor is Cory Morowitz, a nationally recognized speaker and lecturer. Mr. Morowitz, a Wharton MBA and CPA, and industry veteran, has presented programs at UNLV, led panels and lectured at G2E and other forums and also acted as a guest lecturer on gaming strategy at the Wharton School. He is the author of four courses on service and financial management for the gaming industry and the Chairman of Morowitz Gaming Advisors.

"We decided to move our program to Las Vegas in order to be part of that dynamic environment, where gaming, dining, retail and entertainment are all converging and the entertainment superstore is emerging" said Mr. Morowitz. "Our clients in other markets are all trying to determine where to take their gaming properties in the future. We thought being in Las Vegas, especially at a spectacular locals oriented property like Green Valley Ranch would inspire participants and help us drive home the concept of the linkage of strategy, budgeting and earning a sustainable above market return on investment."
