Octavius Tok is alleged to owe $619, 589, which included 125 bottles of liquor and an astonishing number of phone cards, the report said. The other customer Low Lin, a 71-year-old business man from Kuala Lumper is alleged to owe a debt of $442,210, Asia One reported. |
