Man accused of cheating at Delaware Park arrested

WILMINGTON, Delaware -- A man was detained at JFK International airport, arrested and returned to Delaware on suspicion of cheating at roulette at Delaware Park, The Dover Post reported.

Jhon Soriano-Alequin, 27 is suspected of illegal activity during a roulette game and has been charged on several counts including theft under $1500 and cheating, The Dover Post said.

The alleged incident took place in July 2010, the report noted.
