Majestic Star remains afloat

INDIANAPOLIS -- The Indiana Gaming Commission renewed the Majestic Star Casino's licence yesterday, the Post-Tribune reported.

Majestic Star said it could acquire new ownership, the report said.

There has been an ongoing dispute between the Majestic Star and Gary City Hall including a lawsuit filed by Majestic Star in 2008 which should soon be settled, the Post-Tribune report said.
