Luda celebrates grand opening

9 August 2017

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Luda, the new place to eat tasty food, play slots, play bingo and win, officially opened its doors to excited customers for the first time on Monday, 7 August at 7 a.m.

To celebrate the grand opening, the team at the Park Street venue will be offering special discounts to customers who pop in and play throughout opening week.

There will also be opening discounts on food and drink, whether you're after a coffee with a dash of bingo or slots with a slice of cake.

Offering something exciting and different to try, Luda is the perfect meeting place — a unique venue where you can experience the thrill of winning along with great food, drink and even free Wi-Fi.

The convenient high street setting makes it the spot to eat and drink. Enjoy a coffee, wine and beer with a panini or cake while playing bingo and slots on the most innovative games available.

Luda brings a new experience and energy to the high street. It captures the imagination in terms of setting, gaming and the technology on offer. It's the ideal place to try something fresh with your friends.

The new venue also received an unprecedented level of interest for the 25 full- and part-time positions available, which now have all been filled by local residents.

Alan Morgan, Managing Director of Luda, said, "We're thrilled to be opening our first ever Luda in Walsall.

"The new venue offers a convenient place to pop in and play, and is perfect for groups of friends on a night out looking for a fun time or those seeking to take time out to re-charge their batteries.

"The new club will offer those living locally a sociable place to meet, play, try new games, have a bite to eat and relax."

Deputy Mayor of Walsall, Councillor Paul Bott, added, "We've already a robust offering of retailers, so it's refreshing to welcome something new, exciting and different to try.

"It's also great to see that Luda has committed to creating jobs for local residents."

Venue opening times are 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. from Monday to Saturday and 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Sundays.
