Lucky Eagle Provide Comedy Show to Armed Forces

ROCHESTER, Washingtom – (PRESS RELEASE) -- Lucky Eagle Casino will provide free comedy show tickets to veterans and members of the armed forces here on Saturday, May 21st, at 8:00 p.m. The show, "Comedy Night's Armed Forces Day Relief," is planned to coincide with Armed Services Day and will feature local comedian Chris Alpine, who recently toured Iraq to entertain troops with "Comics On Duty."

"The free tickets are just one way we can show appreciation to people serving in our military," said Lucky Eagle General Manager John Setterstrom. "And the fact that Chris Alpine has entertained our troops in Iraq makes it even more special."

Alpine will be joined on the 21st by fellow comedians Ron Osbourne, Art Krug and host Kermit Holiday. Veterans and military personnel can show their military identification at the Lucky Eagle ticket booth to receive a free ticket while supplies last.

The general public can purchase tickets for $10 at the casino, Ticketmaster and Twin Cities Fuller's stores. Those interested may call 800-720-1788 for more information.

"Comics On Duty" was a group of five comics who toured Iraq through Armed Forces Entertainment.

Lucky Eagle Casino is located south of Olympia, just off Highway 12 in Rochester, Washington. Featured games include Slot Machines, Video Poker, Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Bingo and Keno.
