Lucky Dragon releases November event schedule

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Lucky Dragon Hotel & Casino is celebrating Thanksgiving, its upcoming anniversary and more.

Upcoming events
Thanksgiving Brunch at Phoenix
Thursday, 23 November, 10:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Let Phoenix handle Thanksgiving Brunch this year, then hit the slots for 8x bonus points.

Choose between a three course meal ($25, plus tax), including one starter, one main dish and one dessert, or a four course meal ($30, plus tax) including two starters, one main dish and one dessert. Add bottomless mimosas, Bloody Marys or Even the Buddha Gets Inflamed for $10, plus tax. Starter highlights include turkey pot stickers, won ton soup, butternut squash soup, shrimp hargow and spring mix salad. Entrees include Peking turkey with bao and gravy served with garlic stir fried green beans, baked ham and pineapple served with mashed potatoes, turkey pot pie and braised beef with demi-glaze in a pumpkin bowl. Dessert options include egg custard tarts, pumpkin tarts, egg custard bao and sweet potato casserole.

Lucky Dragon One Year Anniversary Party
Sunday, 3 December
Join Lucky Dragon on the evening of 3 December as they celebrate their one-year anniversary. Festivities will include a ceremonial Lion and Dragon Dance, gift giveaways, food specials and more.

Cha Garden
Lucky Dragon's hotel lobby and pool blend seamlessly into one indoor/outdoor tea garden and lounge area. Led by Las Vegas' only tea sommelier, Cha Garden features an extensive list of tea sourced directly from generations-old tea farms throughout Asia. Punctuated by a delicate waterfall, mosaic sculptures, powerful oak trees and a shoreline swimming pond, guests can relax in the tranquility of a Feng Shui designed garden while enjoying a world-class tea experience unlike anything else available in Las Vegas.

Dragon Flights
Tea, whiskey and wine flights are available at Cha Garden for the inquisitive connoisseur of fine teas and spirits.

Pearl Ocean
Pearl Ocean serves lunch and dinner daily, featuring a menu of exquisite delicacies. A live seafood room joins the main dining room, where guests can select live exotic seafood flown in daily to be prepared in both traditional and modern culinary styles.

Hours: 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. weekdays, 10 a.m. – 11 p.m. weekends

Phoenix boasts a menu of cutting-edge culinary trends found throughout modern China. Kurobuta pork, deer tendon, abalone and countless other rare and expertly prepared delicacies punctuate the culinary adventure and world-class service for Las Vegas' most discerning palates. Featuring 60 seats, a private balcony and a finely curated wine list, the restaurant is Las Vegas' most exclusive Chinese fine dining destination.

Bao Now
Located adjacent to the main gaming floor, the eatery features simple dim sum, soups, rice, noodles, congee, Boba tea and other dishes meant to be consumed on the go. It also features a diverse offering of teas and coffees, providing a fix for Lucky Dragon customers at any hour. While seating will be available, Bao Now's offerings are also meant to travel with guests to all areas of the resort.

Open 24 hours. Bao Now is available through Uber Eats.

Simmer Down Happy Hour
1 a.m. – 4 a.m.
Wind down at Bao Now with these amazing food specials:

Pagoda Bar
The Pagoda Bar lies at the heart of Lucky Dragon's casino gaming floor, offering full bar service as well as a selection of teas and other non-alcoholic beverages. Video poker machines line each side of the bar's octagonal perimeter.

The Atrium Bar serves as the center of Lucky Dragon's growing mixology program. A specialty cocktail menu is accompanied by traditional Asian beverage options and modern libations influenced by Asian culture and recipes.

Dragon Flights
Whiskey and wine flights are now offered at The Atrium Bar for the inquisitive connoisseur of fine spirits.

Dragon Club allows discounts and upgrades at every level, including room upgrades, VIP parking and special invites to events, tournaments and gift days.

  • Sign up: Guaranteed $8 for new signups, with a chance of winning up to $888.
  • Slots: $3 coin-in on most games = one point. One hundred points = $1 in comps/free play. Points can be redeemed for free play, food, rooms, spa or beverages. Redeem points at a slot machine or at the Dragon Club window.
  • Tables: Table players earn points at a similar pace to slots, and are redeemable for free play, food, rooms, spa or beverages.

November Bonus Points

Eat at Your Game
Players may now eat at their slots or game, choosing from a Table Menu that includes Cucumber Salad, Jap Chae, BBQ Pork Bun, Shumai, Spam Musubi, and a Fruit Cup (ongoing).

The 27,500-square-foot casino floor contains 37 tables, the majority of which focus on table games popular in Asia, such as Baccarat and Pai Gow. Baccarat accounts for two thirds of the total table games, and 11 EZ Baccarat tables fill the casino floor, more than any other casino in town.

Pai Gow
Lucky Dragon now offers traditional Pai Gow, along with Pai Gow Poker.

Lucky Dragon's Casino features 287 slots. Blackjack pays 3:2.

The Emerald Room
Lucky Dragon's high-limit gaming area is adorned with Chinese artifacts and encompassed by jade walls. The space features eight high-limit baccarat tables.

VIP Gaming Lounge
The VIP gaming lounge, located on the second floor of the Casino, features eight high-limit baccarat tables. Players can use a butler service if they wish to order food, drinks or tea from any of Lucky Dragon's restaurants.

Hotel Tower
Lucky Dragon features 203 guest rooms, including 22 suites. Standard rooms (400 square feet) blend modern luxury with Asian flair rich in culture, while contemporary amenities ensure guests from all over the world feel at home. Lucky Dragon offers the most Chinese programming of any TV package available on the Las Vegas Strip. Each room features tea brewing equipment and a complimentary offering of Lucky Dragon's imported house tea selections.

Standard suites (625 square feet) feature an additional spacious seating area and larger bathroom. Many feature a Las Vegas Strip view. The top floor of Lucky Dragon houses The Penthouse Suite (1,300 square feet), reserved for Lucky Dragon's most exclusive clientele. The penthouse spans the entire width of the hotel tower and offers panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip as well as the beautiful mountain sunset. The penthouse features a grand foyer entryway, a guest powder room, a luxurious living room, a soaking tub and a formal dining space suitable for catered meals and events as well as butler service.

Active military members will receive a 20% discount off their room reservation using the code MILITARY20 (ongoing).

Dragon Club members receive 5% off accommodations.

Dian Gift Shop
Lucky Dragon's gift shop, located in the hotel lobby adjacent to Cha Garden, features gifts such as jewelry and Sugarfina candles, Lucky Dragon branded Polo shirts, and toiletries for guests' convenience.

Food & Beverage
Locals receive 20% off all dining on property. Dragon Club members with a local ID will receive a 25% discount on all dining on property.
