Lottery luck: if your name's John or Margaret, it could be you

LONDON, England -- What is in a name? Well if you're John or Margaret you might just be a bit more lucky than you thought, The Daily Telegraph reported.

The UK National Lottery, on eve of a $35 million draw, announced a list of first names that win the lottery most often, according to the Daily Telegraph.

Males, who've won more than fifty grand, have most often been named John, David, Michael, Peter, Robert, James, Paul, William, Stephen, while the luckier women were named: Margaret, Susan, Patricia, Christine, Elizabeth, Jean, Janet, Linda and Karen, the report listed.
