Gaming NewsLo Duca's Gambling Reportedly Concerns MLB8 August 2006NEW YORK -- As reported by MSNBC: "Not only is New York Mets catcher Paul Lo Duca accused of cheating on his former Playboy model wife, he's also attracted the attention of team officials and Major League Baseball for massive gambling debts, the New York Daily News reported Tuesday. "The Daily News said Lo Duca, a four-time All-Star, has built up heavy debts because of his love of betting on horse racing. "Major League Baseball's morals clause does not prohibit players from gambling at casinos or race tracks, but league officials do become worried when a player runs up unmanageable debts.
