Kentucky Senate President offers gambling amendment

FRANKFORT, Kentucky -- The Republican Senate President said on Tuesday he will offer an amendment on expanding gambling in Kentucky, according to the Richmond Register.

David Williams will offer an amendment that requires a vote by the public before any gambling expansion can happen, according to the article. It will not apply to the state lottery, which is already authorized.
