Island View Casino opens with OASIS system

GULFPORT, Mississippi –- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Las Vegas based Aristocrat Technologies, Inc. ("Aristocrat") announced today that the Island View Casino Resort in Gulfport, Mississippi has installed its OASIS(TM) Casino Management System. When fully completed, all 2,400 electronic gaming machines on their gaming floor will be equipped with Aristocrat's next generation player interface, the Sentinel(TM) III. Featuring new Aristocrat entertainment and multi-media graphics and sound functionality, the Sentinel(TM) III is a touch screen TFT interface that will allow Island View to advertise player and property promotions at the gaming machine using Aristocrat's SpeedMedia(TM) technology.

Along with Sentinel III(TM), Island View will be one of the first casinos to fully implement PersonalBanker(TM) AFT, a key component of Aristocrat's OASIS(TM) Promotions Technology. A new Aristocrat cashless system, PersonalBanker(TM) AFT allows players to download non-cashable promotional credits, upload and download credits between machines, and convert their player points to credits right at the game.
