There are 50 places that get around this legislation by running as private members' clubs, the report said. The proposed super-casino resort for Tipperary will require a change to the country's gambling laws and the possibilities are under discussion. The most likely scenario would see the regulation of small-scale casinos with up to 15 gaming tables and triple the number of machines, along with one resort type casino, The Irish Times reported. |
