Indiana Downs feed cut

INDIANA -- As reported by Business First: "Churchill Downs Inc. will stop offering simulcast signals from its racetracks to Indiana Downs' off-track-betting facility in Evansville, Ind.

"Louisville-based Churchill (NASDAQ: CHDN) has agreed to discontinue sales of the simulcasts as part of its sales agreement with the new owners of Ellis Park in Henderson, Ky., according to a news release.

"Churchill sold Ellis Park to a company owned by Ron Geary, the current chairman and former president and CEO of Louisville-based ResCare Inc., in September 2006..."
