The softening of the law came in response to a 28 percent decline in revenue that the ban inflicted, the reported said. Casinos in neighbouring states allow smoking in casinos, the bill's sponsor Rep. Dan Burke (D-Chicago) explained. The American Lung expressed anger after the decision and accused Rep.
