Harrah's liable for gamblers injuries in biker brawl5 November 2010
LAUGHLIN, Nevada -- Harrah's Laughlin has been found liable by a civil lawsuit taken by injured gamblers related to an incident in 2002, MSNBC reported.
A serious fight took place between two biker gangs at a motorcycle rally at Harrah's Laughlin in which three bikers died and bystanders were injured, the report said.
The lawyer for the injured bystanders said Harrah's did nothing to stop the bikers clashing in the casino, while Harrah's argued they were not responsible for the criminal acts of the bikers and could not have foreseen the incident, MSNBC said.
