Harrah's Chester casino opens

PENNSYLVANIA – As reported by the Philadelphia Business Journal: "The second Philadelphia-area casino and racetrack opened Monday.

"Harrah's Chester Casino & Racetrack in Chester, Pa., expects to a draw 10,000 people a day and generate at least $10 million in revenue a year, while providing 900 jobs.

"The 100,000-square-foot 'racino' has 2,700 slot machines, as well as nine restaurants…"
