Hard Rock juggles management

BILOXI, Mississippi -- As reported by the Sun-Herald: "Duncan McKenzie is the new president and general manager of Hard Rock Casino Biloxi, taking over today for Joe Billhimer, who decided not to renew his contract.

"The two worked together in the past, when McKenzie was president of Grand Casino Biloxi and Billhimer was executive vice president and general manager of Grand Casino Gulfport.

"Most recently McKenzie was regional vice president for Isle of Capri until his resignation last week..."
