France: Masked gunmen rob casino

DUNKIRK, France -- An extraordinary robbery took place at a casino in northern France, but it did not prove so lucrative for the robbers, according to the Agence France Presse.

Masked men burst into the casino and fired shots up in the air, and physically assaulted a couple of staff members, the report said.

There were a few dozen gamblers in the casino, no one was hurt and the robbers escaped with only 7,000 Euros, Agence France Presse said.
