Florida retailers come out against resort-casino bills

FLORIDA -- Florida retailers, along with the Florida Chamber of Commerce, have voiced their opposition to the idea of resort-casinos in the state, News-Press reported.

Two bills HB have been introduced in the House by Republicans Sen. Ellyn Bogdanoff of Fort Lauderdale and Rep. Erik Fresen of Miami as the first step to resort-casinos, the News-Press report said.
