Gaming NewsFlorida casino opens new poker room30 November 2011HOLLYWOOD, Florida -- (PRESS RELEASE) -- Seminole Casino Hollywood now has a dedicated room for its poker tables and is dubbing it “Florida’s Smoking-Friendly Poker Room.” In operation as of Nov. 23, the spacious, well-appointed poker room will officially open on Dec. 1 when it introduces a series of high hand cash prize promotions and giveaways. The promotions are as follows: · High Hand Mondays & Sundays from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. Every 20 minutes the person with the high hand will win $100 cash. · Bonus High Hand Tuesdays from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. (No limit) Use two cards and win $500 cash; Use one card for $300 cash. (Limit) Use two cards and get $300 cash; Use one card and win $150. · Wednesday High Hand from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. The high hand will win $500 in no limit and $300 in limit games. · Card Sharks Thursdays from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. Modeled after the long-running television game show.
