Gaming NewsFirekeepers expansion taking shape28 September 2011BATTLE CREEK, Michigan -- Firekeepers Casino released an update yesterday on progress on its expansion, according to The Battle Creek Examiner. The casino described "significant progress" in construction, which began in May on a 242-room hotel addition to the property, the report said. The expansion is still on schedule to open in the fall of 2012 and will include additions to gaming space, a hotel, restaurants and other entertainment, The Battle Creek Examiner reported. |
