Failed casino applicant says Gov. comments were prejudicial

PENNSYLVANIA -- A failed casino licence applicant is appealing the Pennsylvania Gaming Board's decision, the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reported.

Mason Dixon Resorts appeal includes a complaint that comments by Gov. Ed Rendell were prejudicial to the decision, the report said.

Mason Dixon Resorts, who proposed a casino in Gettysburg, also criticized the Gaming Board's assessment process, according to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review said.
