Enjoy brunch by the beach at Tropicana Atlantic City

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Award-winning Chef Jose Garces newest restaurant, Olón, is now serving up a delicious brunch menu at Tropicana Atlantic City Casino & Resort every weekend, beginning this Saturday. Wake up and enjoy the beach vibes and panoramic views of ocean as Olón offers new brunch specials every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

What's brunch without some cocktails? Build your own custom Bloody Mary at Olón's bottomless Bloody Mary bar. For just $25 per person, guests can enjoy endless Bloody Marys by the beach. The bar is stocked with your choice of our house infused vodkas and tequilas with seasoned rim options like Chile Lime and Old Bay. Garnish it off with some house made pickles, bacon or crab.

Pair your Bloody Mary with some seafood specialties from Olón's bottomless raw bar. Indulge in an unlimited selection of clams, oysters, shellfish, and ceviches for only $35 per person.

Olón's a la cart menu features your traditional brunch favorites with a twist. Olón's Egg Sandwich is served with bacon, queso fresco and some spicy Huancaína sauce for $9. Try the Smoked Salmon served with everything bagel chips, smoked salmon and smoked whitefish for $18.

Treat your taste buds to the Tre Leches French Toast made with sweet brioche for $14 or the Crab Benedict made with jumbo lump crab meat for $18. Fancy up your typical breakfast toast by trying the Avocado Toast, served on fresh out the oven multi-grain bread with tomato vieja and crushed red pepper for just $9. For $24, our Steak and Eggs entrée comes complete with two eggs, 6 oz. skirt steak, potato hash and ají butter.

Olón's brunch specials are available from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday.
