Construction industry welcomes Hollywood Casino project at speedway

KANSAS CITY, Kansas -- The construction industry is very happy to welcome the breaking of ground on The Hollywood Casino tomorrow, according to the Kansas City Star.

The $386 million casino located at the Kansas Speedway will have a race car theme, the Kansas City Star reported.

The Hollywood Casino project may employ as many as 1700 construction workers, the report noted.
